Chances are you've heard me play the Deetron remix of this tune in the last 6 months. Ben Westbeech's 'Falling' produced by Lovebirds has been out for a few months now on Strictly Rhythm!
During my recent trip to South Africa Rocco told me about this tune and luckily I still had the promo link in my inbox. After I downloaded it I ended up playing it at pretty much every gig I did over there. The drums are amazing and could run alone for hours. Massive shout to my man Lunga from Baanair for hooking me up.
I just recently discovered the label SUOL from Berlin even though I have one or two of the previous releases the recent Daniel Bortz EP is really sticking with me so I decided to do some research and checked out the SUOL website and their facebook page. I came across a post about one million views of a SUOL music video. Very nice emotional, melancholic tune which will make you smile!
Time for a new Robert Owens video on Deeper Shades. 'Deep Down', released on Underground Collective is produced by Simbad, DJ Romain (who you can see in the video alongside co-producer and singer Robert Owens), Jeremy Newall & Ron Trent.
Purchase the entire release from Traxsource. In the video you can hear the Souldynamic Remix.
Beautiful new release on South Africa's BBB Records. C.9ine ft Joao Orecchia "Wonder" I've actually played some of this song on one of the recent shows and hopefully will get around to dropping it full length on one of the future Deeper Shades Of House shows.
Our man Carlos Mena from Ocha Records has tried himself on directing and editing the first video for his new Ocha Mzansi imprint and we think the outcome is worth being shared with you. The release is expected for March 2011
